Rates
$150 per 50-minute session, Testing is $150.00 per hour.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits? For therapy? For a psychoeducational evaluation?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Types of Insurance: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Healthy Blue, and Sandhills Center Medicaid
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Please make payment at the time of service. Testing and evaluations must be paid for at the time of service and reimbursement, if any, by your insurance company, will be the responsibility of the client or client family unless other arrangements are made.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved for you; please give a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours. You will be charged a fee of $75.00 for missed appointments. Assessments are often conducted over several hours and must be cancelled a week in advance.
